About
Lia Beltrame, LICSW, MPH, PMP
Therapy and healing have always been at the heart of my work. I'm a bilingual and bicultural therapist, coach, advisor, and lifelong student of people and systems. My approach is active and grounded. I care deeply about creating a space where your experience is heard, held, and honored.

My work focuses on life transitions, anxiety, stress, and work-life balance, often with professionals and multicultural individuals navigating changes in identity, purpose, or relationships. I also support those exploring deeper emotional or spiritual questions, including the integration of meaningful experiences like travel, loss, or psychedelic work.

I’ve been doing this work for over 14 years and was trained at Boston University. Before starting my private practice, I spent more than a decade in leadership roles across behavioral health and public health systems. I’ve directed clinical programs, supervised clinical teams, improved access to care in underserved communities, and trained providers in compassionate, culturally responsive practices. This shaped the way I show up: attentive to individual needs while attuned to the larger systems that shape our lives.

Today, I offer online therapy to clients in Massachusetts and Florida, and coaching to clients around the world. Whether you are starting something new or searching for direction, I’m here to support you with presence, perspective, and care.

Experience
My Approach
I use an integrative approach grounded in both evidence-based practices and whole-person care. Each session is shaped by your unique needs, and I draw from a range of frameworks to support growth, healing, and clarity. My work is informed by:

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
-
Mindfulness practices to build presence, calm, and clarity.
-
Trauma-informed care, weaving in Narrative Therapy and Inner Child work to explore past experiences with compassion and create new meaning.
-
Multicultural and cross-cultural frameworks that respect your identity, background, and the spaces you move through.
-
Holistic, strengths-based perspectives to help you build on what’s already working.

Whether you are navigating stress, identity shifts, or deeper emotional work, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, gently and intentionally. My work is guided by Gentle Shifts: small, realistic steps that create lasting change through clarity, safety, and action.
