Collaborations
I partner with universities, nonprofits, government agencies, and community projects to support mental health, emotional wellbeing, and collective care across cultures and systems.
With over a decade in behavioral health leadership - directing clinical programs, advising organizations, training providers, and expanding access to care - I bring both strategic insight and a grounded, human approach.
Whether through advisory, guided conversations, co-created projects, or reflective spaces, I work with intention, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to healing within systems, teams, and communities.
Examples of Collaborations
Projects I’ve supported or am available for include:

-
Strategic advising for behavioral health initiatives and access programs
-
Program development in partnership with community-based organizations
-
Needs assessments and qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, community insight gathering)
-
Coaching for employees at all levels, from paraprofessionals to leadership, focused on emotional wellbeing, culturally responsive practice, and effective communication across systems
-
Skill-building training on behavioral health topics, including SUD, access to care, trauma-informed practice, and global health perspectives
-
Mental health integration in public health, education, and wellness settings
-
Guided conversations, retreats, and reflective spaces for leaders, clinicians, and community caregivers.
If you are building something that supports mental health, healing, or community health, I’d love to explore how we can collaborate.
